From aircraft manufacturing, product customization, maintenance, and launch recovery, project management is threaded through all aspects of aviation. Given the supreme importance quality to every manufacturer, airline, passenger, it would be expected that management, within context a construct clearly defined. The aim this mixed-methods research seeks understand how managed assured in aviation projects, whether current framework applicable industry, should ultimately projects. results suggest could benefit by adopting new lens for managing avoiding surface-level adoption tools designed primarily mass production context.
